Tomorrowland Core will beheld on February 14 and 15, 2025, at Parque Norte in the city of Medellín(hereinafter referred to as "The Event" and/or "Festival"),organized by BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S., identified with NIT 901.804.480-1,Address: CR 10 NO 97A - 13 Bogotá, Cundinamarca.
By purchasing a ticket for the Event, attendees accept these terms and conditions, as well as the conditions established for the use of the Cashless wristband system.
The Event is exclusively for adults, and attendees must present an identification document upon entry. There will be no refunds if the ticket holder is underage.
In this edition of the Festival, we will have the new and legendary Core stage. The Event is a festival-type activity, so the lineup of artists is subject to possible changes or unforeseen circumstances that may require adjustments, which will be communicated promptly to the public through official media. The consumer accepts at the time of purchase that they are acquiring a ticket to a Festival where scheduled artists will perform on different stages, and that the purchase is not for any specific artist. Therefore, the cancellation of any artist from the festival will not entitle them to a refund.
The Festival is promotedthrough radio, Facebook, Instagram, and widely disseminated printed media.Advertising will remain valid until the day of the Event, and the terms andconditions can be consulted at
www.tuboleta.com and onthe Event's Instagram profile.
The authorized sales channels for purchasing tickets are: Tuboleta and only promoters authorized by BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S., information available on social media.
Tickets are available on the
event website. The prices include the entry ticket price and service fees. Only 20,000 tickets will be available for each day of the Event, subject to the approval of the competent authorities. Entry to the COMFORT area will be subject to availability at each stage. The ticket price does NOT include drinks, food, or additional products. No refunds, reimbursements, and/or returns will be made, except in cases defined by law. The ticket is bearer-based, and therefore, the responsibility is solely that of the purchaser; consequently, BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. or Tuboleta are not obliged to replace lost, stolen, damaged, or broken tickets. The event organizer reserves the right to inspect individuals and tickets upon entry. If counterfeit tickets are found, entry will be denied, and the competent authority will be informed, without prejudice to initiating legal action as appropriate.
The event venue will have an area for people with reduced mobility, so attendees must inform the logistical staff of this condition upon entry on the day of the event. The organizer reserves the right of admission and permanence at the event to ensure the safety and experience of all attendees. Attendees are subject to the established coexistence, safety, and police measures. Entry may be denied to individuals with prior identified offenses by authorities and event logistics personnel as causes of previous criminal acts. Individuals involved in acts of violence, fights, thefts, possession of weapons, drug dealing, or any criminal acts that jeopardize the safety of the event may be removed without entitlement to a refund.
Entry of minors, pets, alcoholic beverages, hallucinogenic substances, and weapons is prohibited. The entry of cameras, video recorders, film equipment, audio recorders, and similar devices is also prohibited, and such equipment may be removed and their content destroyed.
If a ticket buyer cannot attend the event and wishes to sell their ticket, they can do so safely, reliably, and simply through the "Pásala" platform available on the Tuboleta.com website. The event organizer and Tuboleta will not be responsible for the use the holder makes of the ticket, nor for any resale by unauthorized third parties.
No attendee may use the physicalspace of the Event to promote or advertise (including contests and giveaways)of any kind without the express written consent of BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S.
Artists TheFestival will feature performances by various national and internationalartists, and their attendance may be subject to flight schedules, measurestaken by local or international authorities. Therefore, performances may besuspended or canceled for reasons not attributable to the Event organizer.
Cashless Wristband System What is it? Cashless is an electronic payment system that will allow attendeesto enjoy the experience of purchasing any product offered within the Eventquickly and securely, without using cash or physical cards.
Entry to the Event and Recharge Once attendees enter the Event with their ticket, they will receive a wristband according to the purchased area, which must be worn visibly on their wrist upon entry. This wristband will allow attendees to make purchases within the Event at consumption points for drinks, restaurants, food, merchandise, among others. Payment for products must be made with a single wristband, with no possibility of splitting the payment among several wristbands.
The wristband can be recharged as many times as needed with credit, debit cards, and/or cash, but only at designated points, and the recharge will be reflected immediately once the process is completed. The minimum recharge for the wristband is five thousand Colombian pesos ($5,000 COP). There is no maximum limit for recharging.
When making a purchase with the wristband at consumption points, the corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from the available balance on the wristband. Attendees can check their available balance and transfer the total balance to another wristband at various cashless points available.
Security and Responsibility The wristband is personal and non-transferable. The Event attendee is solely responsible for keeping the wristband secure and must take measures to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing it. The event organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to the wristband. In case of loss or damage due to tampering, it will not be replaced, and there will be no refund. Attendees who have purchased the 2-day festival combo must keep the wristband for access on the second day of the event.
Refund of Unused Balances Attendees can request a refund of the unused balance on the wristband within a maximum period of 10 business days, counted from February 18, 2025, at 8:00 AM until March 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Refund requests received after the specified date and time will not be accepted.

For this request, it is necessary to have the wristband, which contains a code found on the back of the 6-digit chip; only the holder of the wristband can access the platform to initiate the refund process.
Upon entering the platform, click the "Check Balance" button to view the available amount. Once this information is verified, click the "Withdraw Money" option to activate the refund process. The holder of each wristband must provide the requested banking information. Only bank accounts in Colombia can be registered. Once the registration is complete, the confirmation of the refund request will be reflected. The maximum time between the request and the refund will not exceed 30 business days.
If the transfer is successful, the wristband holder will receive confirmation of the balance transfer to their email. If the transaction is rejected, they will receive an email link to generate the request again. The refund to the bank account has an associated cost of $8,000 COP as a financial commission, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If the balance on the wristband is less than this amount, the refund cannot be made.
The organizer will not be responsible for errors and inaccuracies that the applicant indicated in the information at the time of the refund request.
Purchasers accept that the information recorded for the purchase, as well as the transactions made on the Tuboleta portal and authorized companies, is the responsibility of Tuboleta and these companies, which, as responsible for the collection of personal data, will treat it accordingly and are authorized to act according to the personal data treatment policy published on the
Tuboleta website.
Purchases made through Tuboleta are subject to verification and acceptance by the bank or financial institution of the transaction, so if the transaction is denied or rejected by the financial institution, the sale will be reversed.
The buyer accepts that the details of the Event, ticket numbers, locations, ticket prices, dates and times of the event, artists, entry requirements have been reviewed by them prior to completing the purchase; thus, it is their responsibility, and Tuboleta is not obligated to make refunds for errors attributable to the consumer.
For purchases with international cards, the buyer accepts that the tickets must be collected by the cardholder who made the purchase, who must present the credit card used for the purchase and their identification document. Powers of attorney, lost document notices, police reports, or authorizations for third parties will not be accepted; Tuboleta will not refund money for unclaimed tickets.
Ticket purchases made on the Tuboleta website or at their sales points are regulated by Tuboleta's own terms and conditions published on
www.tuboleta.com. These purchases are understood to be made under Colombian legislation, particularly Law 527 of 1999; therefore, all transactions, inquiries, and purchases are deemed electronically signed by the user, who is legally bound under the terms of the legal business conducted. Additionally, everything related to the Event will be governed and regulated by these Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute arising between the parties will be settled in accordance with Colombian law; the buyer agrees to make any claims directly to BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. and to use all alternative conflict resolution methods.
BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. will undertake the necessary logistical measures to ensure the safety of attendees; however, the client accepts, acknowledges, and assumes the risks that arise from events with massive attendance and specialized or uncommon targets.
Attendees release the Event organizer BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. and its partners from any security issues, meaning that BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. will not be responsible for thefts or losses of valuable items that may occur.
Authorization for Image and Video Capture By entering the Event, attendees authorize the taking of photographs and videos where their image may appear, conducted by the organizer and/or their representatives, and from which they may use commercially for the promotion, advertising, archiving, and other purposes of the Festival. Attendees waive any action that seeks to prohibit the use of images captured at the event.
Authorization for Personal Data Processing In addition to the authorization given to Tuboleta at the time of purchasing the ticket, the buyer and the attendee authorize BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. (or any other company contracted for the same purposes) (hereinafter "Responsible and Authorized Parties") to process the personal data obtained during the Event.
The personal data provided by buyers and attendees during the ticket purchase process or during the Event cannot be used for purposes other than those authorized and will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy, which can be requested via email: info@breakfastlive.com.co.
Buyers and attendees are informed that, as data subjects, they have the following rights:
a) To know, update, and rectify their personal data before the Responsible or Authorized Parties;
b) To request proof of the authorization granted to the Responsible or Authorized Parties;
c) To be informed by the Responsible or Authorized Parties, upon request, regarding the use made of their personal data;
d) To submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of applicable legal norms, prior to a complaint or inquiry before the Responsible or Authorized Parties;
e) To revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when the Processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees;
f) To access free of charge to their personal data that has been subject to Processing.
This document, and all relationships of any kind arising from it, will be governed by the law of the Republic of Colombia.
The publication of defamatory, threatening information, or content against the law on websites is prohibited. BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. reserves the right to remove any material from the site that it considers inappropriate, a right that it may exercise at any time.
Trademarks, trade names, signs, graphics, drawings, designs, and any other figures constituting intellectual or industrial property appearing on the website or on the Event's social media are protected in favor of BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S. in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Consequently, the elements mentioned here may not be used, modified, copied, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed in any way or by any means without prior, written, and express authorization from BREAKFAST TBL LIVE S.A.S
